Setup & Charging

Get your Ondo mug ready to use in just a few minutes.

Connect the Coaster

Plug the charging cable into the power adapter, then connect it to the charging coaster.

Power It On

Place the mug on the coaster. The display will light up to show it's charging.

Ready to Go

A full charge takes about 1.5 hours. Once charged, Ondo is ready for its first use.

What the Display Is Telling You

A quick reference for every message Ondo shows you.

Hold the button for 2 seconds to turn Ondo on

Using the Button

One button on the bottom of the mug controls everything. Here's how each press works.

Turn It On

Press and hold for 2 seconds while off. The display shows HELLO.

Cycle Temperatures

Single press while on. Loops through 122°F, 131°F, 135°F, 145°F, then COLD (standby), and back around. Defaults to 135°F on first use, then remembers your last setting.

Switch Units

Double click fast while off to switch the display between Fahrenheit and Celsius. Only works when powered off.

Turn It Off

Press and hold for 2 seconds while on. The display shows GOODBYE.

Full Reset

Press and hold for 7 seconds to fully reset the mug.

Press the button on the mug to cycle through settings. The display shows your current temperature as it adjusts.

Keeping Ondo in Top Shape

Hand wash the mug, the lid is dishwasher safe.

The base housing the electronics is water resistant but should never be submerged.

Wipe the charging coaster with a dry cloth to keep the contacts clean.

Store in a dry place when not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for common questions.

First check if it's on. A dark display means it's off, hold the button for 2 seconds until you see HELLO. Next check if it's set to a temperature. COLD means standby, just one press to set your temperature.

The mug was likely in standby or off. The coaster charges either way, so it can look alive without actually heating. Set a temperature before or when placing it down.

Your drink has cooled below about 104°F, or a hot pour was misread. Press the button to re-set your temperature and it resumes. If this happens repeatedly on hot drinks, contact support.

No, that's just standby. Press once to cycle to a temperature.
