So convenient! Allows me to savor my coffee the way I like - slowly! We’re currently out of state on holiday and I regret not bringing it with me!

I love the concept and feel of this mug. It arrived smartly packaged and in excellent condition.

Unfortunately, it isn’t very user-friendly, and the mug doesn’t heat up unless you tap the bottom. I also haven’t been able to change the temperature setting from Celsius to Fahrenheit, even after watching several videos and consulting ChatGPT.
Even at the hottest setting the coffee isn’t hot enough

It should be simple to use but you have to turn it on and off by pressing the bottom every time you use it. I should just be able to take it off the charger and it should start warming up to the temperature. But i don’t think it even starts to heat up unless the liquid is poured in.
And it holds only about a cup and then i add the cream. Then it still has to reach the right temperature. I have a little bit left in my cup right now, and it says cold on the bottom.
I wouldn’t recommend this and I wouldn’t give it as a gift either
