How it Works
Three simple steps:
1. Press the button on the bottom of the mug to select your temperature (cycles through 4 presets)
2. Pour in your coffee or tea
3. The LED display shows your temperature and enjoy for up to 3 hours

The button cycles through 4 temperatures optimized for different beverages:
Preset temperatures are designed for coffee (135-140°F), black tea (130-135°F), green tea (120-125°F), and hot chocolate (140-145°F).
Press the button until the LED shows your preferred temperature. Use that setting every day, or change it anytime.

Heating and Temperture
Both. Ondo actively heats your drink from any temperature.
Pour in room temperature coffee, cold brew, or yesterday's coffee from the fridge. Ondo heats it to your set temperature in 5-7 minutes, then maintains it for hours.

The heating element and electronics require hand washing. It takes 30 seconds with soap and water and is easier than loading and unloading a dishwasher.
No. Never microwave Ondo.
The electronics and battery would be damaged and you don't need to microwave it. Ondo keeps your coffee hot with its built-in heating system.
Ondo is designed for hot beverages (120-150°F). It's not designed to cool drinks or work with ice.

Ondo is designed for desk or table use, not travel.
The wireless charging coaster needs to be plugged in. When using Ondo wirelessly (off the coaster), it works for 3+ hours, but it's not a travel mug.
Ondo fits in most car cup holders, but it's best used at a desk or table where it can sit stable.

Troubleshooting
Try these steps:
1. Check that it's turned on (press button, LED should display)
2. Check battery level (low battery indicator on LED)
3. Place on charging coaster for 5 minutes, then try again
4. Make sure your drink isn't over 150°F (Ondo won't heat above max temp)
If still not working, email support@ondomug.com with details. We'll troubleshoot or send a replacement.
Possible causes:
1. Battery is dead: place on charging coaster for 10 minutes
2. Mug is turned off: press the button to turn on
3. Auto shut-off activated: press button to reactivate
If LED still doesn't display after charging and pressing button, email support@ondomug.com. We'll replace it under warranty.
Battery life depends on usage:
- Heating from cold (70°F to 140°F) uses more battery than maintaining temperature
- Higher temperature settings use slightly more power
- Older batteries (after 1+ years) may have reduced capacity
If your Ondo is new and battery dies in under 2 hours with normal use, email support@ondomug.com. That's not normal and we'll replace it.
Check these:
1. Coaster is plugged into power (check USB-C connection)
2. Mug is centered on coaster (proper alignment)
3. Bottom of mug is clean and dry (wireless charging needs contact)
4. Try a different power outlet
If coaster still doesn't charge after these checks, email support@ondomug.com for a replacement coaster.
