Care
The mug is hand wash only. Use warm water, a soft sponge, and a bottle brush for the interior. Avoid abrasive cleaners and the dishwasher, which can dull the matte finish over time. The lid is dishwasher safe. Keep the coaster dry, wipe it with a cloth, and never submerge it. A well-cared-for Ondo will hold its color and finish for years.

Do I need an app?
No, and that is the whole point. You set and adjust the temperature right on the mug. No app, no account, no pairing, no phone required.
What temperatures can I set?
Choose from four settings, from a gentle 122°F up to a hot 145°F, with 135°F as the easy default. A press of the button cycles through them, and Ondo remembers your last choice. You can switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius any time.
How long does it stay warm?
With the lid on, up to 2.5 hours on a single charge. Without the lid, about 90 minutes. On its coaster it stays warm as long as you like, and a full charge takes just 1.5 hours.
Does it come with a lid?
Yes. The lid is included, not sold separately, and keeping it on nearly doubles how long your drink stays warm.
How do I charge it?
Set Ondo on its coaster and it powers on and charges automatically, fully in about 1.5 hours, using the included cable and adapter.
Can I use it for tea?
Of course. Coffee, tea, cocoa, anything you like warm.
Is it safe to leave on?
Yes. Ondo warms only when there is a drink inside, drops to standby when the cup is empty or the drink cools, and powers down on its own when the battery runs low off the coaster. It is CE, FCC, and RCM certified.
Can it get wet, and how do I clean it?
The mug is hand wash only, with a bottle brush for the inside, and it is IPX6 water-resistant. The lid is dishwasher safe. Keep the coaster dry, wipe it with a cloth, and never submerge it.
