How do I clean the mug?
Hand wash only. Warm water, a soft sponge, and a bottle brush for the interior. Skip the dishwasher and abrasive cleaners, both can dull the matte finish over time.
Is the mug waterproof?
The mug is IPX6 water-resistant, so washing it by hand under running water is completely safe. Do not submerge it for long periods, and never put it in the dishwasher. The coaster is not water-resistant at all.
How do I care for the coaster?
Wipe it with a dry cloth. Never submerge it or run it under water. If the pins on top collect dust or residue, a dry wipe brings them back.
How do I clean the lid?
The lid is dishwasher safe, top rack is ideal. It also hand washes in seconds.
How do I keep the matte finish looking new?
Avoid abrasive sponges, scouring powders, and the dishwasher. Dry the mug after washing rather than leaving it to drip-dry with mineral-heavy water. Cared for this way, the finish holds its color for years.
