What is in the box?
Everything you need: the mug, the lid, the charging coaster, a USB-C charging cable, a power adapter, and a welcome card. Nothing is sold separately.
How do I set it up?
Three steps, about a minute. First, plug in the coaster: connect the charging cable to the adapter, and the other end to the coaster. Second, place the mug on the coaster: Ondo powers on by itself, says HELLO, and starts charging. Before charging, check that the gold rings on the mug base and the pins on the coaster are dry. Third, choose your temperature: press the button on the base to cycle through 122°F, 131°F, 135°F, and 145°F. Ondo remembers your choice, so most mornings you will never press it again. That is the whole setup. No app, no account, no pairing.
What should I expect from my first cup?
Pour your coffee and the mug detects the hot drink and begins holding it at your setting. The display shows the temperature rising to your number. If you pour something cooler, give it a few minutes to warm up. With the lid fitted at 145°F, the 14 oz holds for 2 hours 30 minutes away from the coaster and the 10 oz for 3 hours 30 minutes. On the coaster, either size holds indefinitely.
How do I switch between °F and °C?
Turn the mug off (hold the button for 2 seconds), then double-click the button. The display switches units and stays that way until you switch it back.
